We strive for excellence in every aspect of service delivery and use Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) principles to improve our performance, processes, and outcomes. To help us implement CQI, we ask that you let us know how we are doing by completing Client Satisfaction Surveys and participating in Focus Groups.
