Programs and Services

Counseling

At some point in our lives, we could all use some help. Whether you are an individual feeling isolated and confused, a couple in conflict, parents and children arguing, or employees distressed over the loss of a coworker, it’s okay to ask for help.

We provide professional counseling services to children, adolescents, adults, and elderly in various settings, including offices throughout the St. Louis area, schools, home, and places of employment. Our clinicians are skilled in providing individual, couples, marital, as well as family and group therapy.

All of our therapists are licensed and possess a Masters or Doctoral degree in Psychology or Social Work. They are credentialed professionals who are trained in best practices and have expertise in areas such as:

  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Addiction
  • Eating Disorders
  • Stress
  • Grief / Loss
  • Employee Assistance
  • ADHD
  • Abuse / Neglect
  • Relationships

Referrals to other service providers are made when the need arises. We also welcome referrals from churches, schools, hospitals, case managers, employers, insurance companies, family members, and friends. Many private insurance companies and EAPs cover the costs of counseling and mental health services. We are happy to process insurance claims for reimbursement. For those who qualify, services are offered on a sliding scale.

Psychiatry

Our psychiatrists are available at each of our office locations to provide psychiatric evaluation, consultation, and on-going medication management. They are board certified and treat a range of conditions, including depression, bipolar, and anxiety disorders. In situations where it is determined that counseling can benefit from and be supplemented with medication, the counselor and psychiatrist can work collaboratively to provide the best care for the client.

Family Life Education

We provide presentations and groups throughout the St. Louis area on various topics including parenting, anger management, assertiveness training, sexual abuse prevention, money management, and others.

To learn more about groups in your area, call the office nearest you at "Locations and Contacts".

To specifically learn more about our Love and Logic parenting groups, please go to "Clinical Corner".

Services include help with child support payments, vocational training, transportation, peer support, housing, parenting skills, legal education, annual health physicals, and counseling and recovery.
